I strive to support your health journey by creating a safe, supportive space for all individuals to reconnect with their bodies and restore balance, self-awareness and well-being through therapeutic touch.

I offer a combination of Myofascial release, Trigger Point Therapy and Osteopathic techniques including Craniosacral Therapy blended together with soothing Swedish massage to create an overall relaxing treatment.
